Getting paid
At Zip, we believe accepting online payments should be easy peasy—and that includes getting paid! We handle all the hard stuff behind the scenes so you can focus on what really matters: creating amazing products your customers will love.
When you make a sale with Zip, our fees are based on the payment method your customer uses—whether it’s a credit card, online banking, or digital wallet. But don’t worry! Our rates are super competitive and among the lowest in the market. You get clear, transparent pricing, and the rest of your earnings flow straight into your bank account. We keep it simple, so you can keep doing what you do best!
Bank payouts
You can set up payouts to be sent right to your bank account at Settings > Payouts.
As part of connecting your bank account, you may be asked to verify your identity for fraud prevention.
Schedule
Standard payouts are created every 7 days, covering all your sales since the last payout. Once initiated, it can take 1-3 business days for the funds to show up in your bank account.
Got a lot of sales? You may qualify for Express Payouts, which are sent out every 3 days!

Payout fees
Zip will always try to minimise any fees associated with payouts. However, we will deduct a small fee from your payout total to cover processing and interbank transfer fees. Read more about payout fees.
Currency
All bank payouts will be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) for now. While we don’t support payouts in other currencies just yet, we’re always working to improve—so stay tuned!
