Activate your Zip account
When you first sign up for Zip, your account will be in test mode. Before selling any products, you will need to enable live mode for your account.
You can do this by clicking the “Activate your account” link in the sidebar. There are two steps to the activation process:
- Verify your email address
- Fill out your account information
Once submitted, approvals typically happen in 1-3 business days. We recommend you answer the questions honestly and provide as much information as possible.
What types of businesses do you approve?
We approve most businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises as long as they are not prohibited.

Why is my application still pending?
